The collection, processing, and use of personal data, as well as their disclosure to authorized state institutions and bodies, will only take place in accordance with the applicable provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and its local implementing rules, or if we are obliged to do so on the basis of a court order.

Your personal data will not be given to third parties nor otherwise placed on the market.

The personal data we collect are strictly related to their stated purpose, which are described in the following section. In most cases, this involves basic personal information such as: full name, personal identification number (OIB), e-mail address, date of birth, signature, contact information, etc.

To what purpose are your personal data used?

BUMBAR will use your personal data for several purposes, including the following:

  • To perform preliminary actions necessary for the conclusion of a contract.
  • To perform all necessary activities for the conclusion and performance of contracts for the use of our products and services.
  • For the fulfillment of our legitimate interests; for example, after your purchase, we may retain your payment information and delivery address in order to respond to your future inquiries more quickly and efficiently, provide offers, and/or deliver goods.
  • For compliance with legal obligations in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
  • For responding to and providing feedback on your inquiries and complaints.

Who are the recipients of your personal data?

We will keep your data within our company and our trusted third parties, except in cases where disclosure is prescribed by law, e.g. to state authorities and law enforcement agencies.

Some of our trusted partners with whom we share your personal data include companies within our group. Our legitimate interest for such transfer is to provide you with the best and most complete service (for example, we will provide your address to our partner delivery services so that we can deliver the ordered goods to you). Since we are responsible for your personal data, we always ensure that your data remains protected and secure during transfer.
